Cardio Soccer

Get fit with Cardio Soccer!

This program is specifically designed for adults with busy schedules who prefer achieving their fitness goals in a group setting rather than going through individual gym routines.

All sessions are structured around SAQ (speed, agility & quickness), soccer specific drills, small sided games and tournament-like scrimmages. This is a moderate intensity program that will help each participant increase stamina, flexibility and overall conditioning.

  • Requirements: indoor shoes, shin-guards and a soccer ball.
